Garmin Explore also provides free online access to let you download detailed topographic maps, color aerial imagery and other navigation aids directly to your mobile device. The Garmin Explore device management site offers unlimited data storage and useful trip planning tools as well as various customization options. Cloud-based tools let you wirelessly sync your planned adventures to your smartphone, tablet or compatible Garmin outdoor navigation product.
Garmin Explore isn't visible on the App Store yet, but hopefully will appear soon.
Update: September 10th, 2018 - Garmin pulled their YouTube videos introducing the app and updated their site to say that Garmin Explore will be "coming soon with the availability of the GPSMAP® 66 series"
