Garmin Announces Fit App and ANT+ iPhone Adapter

Garmin unveiled the Garmin Fit app for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Android Market) and an ANT+ adapter for iPhones. The .99 cent app will allow you to track your workout (speed, distance, route & calories) and sync with Garmin Connect.

The ANT+ adapter ($49.99 USD) will record data from any of the optional sensors such as the heart monitor, foot pod, or cadence sensor.
