To Catch a Bike Thief Web Series Starts Soon

To Catch a Bike Thief is an upcoming web series where a group sets up "bait bikes" (Bicycles with GPS trackers) to learn more about what happens to stolen bicycles. This Vancouver group will be testing locks, testing GPS technologies, and trying to find out where all of these bicycles go.
