Old Town Canoe Announces the "Next"

Old Town Canoe, based out of Old Town, Maine, unveiled the newest Canoe in their lineup today called the Next.

This lightweight, solo canoe is designed by drawing upon the combination of a kayak and a canoe. Offered in vibrant colours, it has a lower profile for stability and can be paddled by either double-bladed paddles, or the more traditional single blade. Picture a kayak with the storage capabilities of a canoe. The 13 foot 3-layer poly model weighs 22 kg and can hold 204 kg.
