Garmin Announces The eTrex Touch 25, 35 and 35t
This month Garmin unveiled the eTrex Touch 25, 35 and 35t. This new series of eTrex GPS handhelds has a 2.6” sunlight-readable capacitive touch screen, 4gb of expanded built-in memory (including 250,000 preloaded caches from geocaching.com) and is preloaded with the Garmin World Wide Basemap. The 35 and 35t have a barometric altimeter and wireless connectivity options such as wireless ANT +™ connectivity and Bluetooth which can control other Garmin devices such as the VIRB action camera.
“We are thrilled to add a set of touchscreen units to the eTrex lineup,” said Dan Bartel Garmin vice president of worldwide sales. “With updates like the pinch-and-zoom touchscreen and new activity profiles, we’re excited to raise the bar of what’s available to consumers in the eTrex line.”
