First T-Formex Boats From Esquif Ship In May

After the death of Royalex (Read the reaction from Canoe companies) Quebec Canoe and Kayak manufacturer Esquif announced their own special replacement called TFormex in 2014. Almost two years to the day, Esquif will begin shipping T-Formex boats from their headquarters in Frampton, Quebec.

T-Formex is an ABS plastic with a foam core that has undergone proprietary changes to improve weight, abrasion resistance, UV resistance and impact resistance. It will be lighter weight and of similar strength to typical polyethylene canoes and kayaks
