After 30 years in the blood-saving business, Bob and Sara excitedly announce the sale of The Original Bug Shirt Company to their long-time sewing contractor, Julie Gohm and her husband Dan.

Julie’s company JMI Design Studio has been our primary sewing contractor for over 25 years now, and she and Dan are eager to take over the sales, marketing, and materials sourcing. This is a great conversion as not only will the company stay local, it will remain with its existing sewing contractor, meaning the high quality of goods produced will remain unchanged.

Sara and Bob plan to aid and consult in the interim in order to ensure the transition is seamless and to help ensure order processing and accounts servicing continue as before the sale.

We know that you will find Dan and Julie both willing and able to address your needs effectively, and given their experience, energy and enthusiasm we are confident that the transition will go smoothly. Julie does after all know the product inside and out. 😊
