Nova Scotia Provincial Parks begin opening for the 2024 season this week…

The first group of parks available for reservations (April 3rd):

• Blomidon: trail upgrades and a new nature play space

• Ellenwood Lake: New nature play space

• Rissers Beach: While much of the park is reopened, Little Rissers is closed until further notice

• The Islands

• Thomas Raddall

• Valleyview

Day 2 of Nova Scotia Parks booking (April 4):

• Amherst Shore

• Cape Chignecto

• Dollar Lake

• Five Islands

• Laurie

• Porters Lake

Day 3 of Nova Scotia Parks booking (April 5):

• Battery

• Boylston

• Caribou Munroes Island

• Graves Island

• Mira River

• Salsman

• Whycocomagh

There will be a virtual waiting room starting at 8:40 am each day. Be sure to log in early to get in the virtual waiting room before 9 am. You can join the virtual waiting room at 8:40 am. No order or queue is established until 9:00 am when everyone in the waiting area will be randomly assigned a unique number in the queue. You will be admitted into the reservation website when its your turn in the virtual queue.
