Recall: MSR Trail Lite & Reactor Camping Cooking Pots

MSR has issued a voluntary safety recall of select cook pots as the pot handle can come loose or disengaged, potentially spilling contents, including hot liquids, and creating a burn hazard (22,320 were sold in Canada).

If you have a MSR Trail Lite or a Reactor camping cooking pots, (sold individually and as part of sets, including Trail Lite cook sets, PocketRocket cook kits, and Reactor stove systems) head over to MSR’s recall page to identify if your pot is one of the flagged ones.

Affected consumers in the US and Canada should immediately stop using the recalled camping cooking pot/s and contact Cascade Designs for a free replacement pot handle/lifter that is compatible with the affected pot. The replacement pot handle/lifter is secure, easy to use and does not require tools. Please do not attempt to return recalled products in store. All returns will be processed online.
