From the 14th to the 22nd at the Direct Energy Centre (Map) is the Toronto International Boat Show. There will be a few canoe and kayak vendors there such as Clearwater Design Canoes & Kayaks, Langford Canoe & Kayak and Swift Canoe & Kayak. Adult Ticket (Ages 17-64) are $18, Senior Ticket are $15 but you can save $3 if you purchase your tickets online.
