Algonquin Outfitters Winter Fun Day 2013

Algonquin Outfitters is holding their yearly Winter Fun Day on Saturday, February 9th.

"The day starts off with scheduled dog sled rides through the woods that boarder Oxtongue lake. There's lots of fun things like Winter games, snowshoe hikes, races and all kinds of things for the kids to enjoy. For the more serious winter adventurer there's Nordic ski lessons, a wilderness snowshoe adventure, and all kinds of winter camping demos.

The day wouldn't be complete without our outdoor BBQ, relax in some Muskoka chairs around the camp fire. We also have some wonderful sales in our store and we even give away prizes just for showing up.

Almost everything is Free too on this day; free snowshoeing, free games, free Nordic ski lessons and more."
