Sign Up to Paddle Algonquin Park's Barron Canyon

Pre-register before Friday, July 12, 2013 to paddle the scenic Barron Canyon in Algonquin Park.

The Friends of Algonquin Park's Experience Algonquin Workshop Series, participants will paddle the flatwater canoe route for approximately 10 kilometres and complete 4 portages totalling 1,200 metres. This trip is open to participants of all ages but at least one individual per canoe must be 18+. A moderate level of physical fitness and only a novice/moderate canoeing competency is required.

Maximum 10 canoes (maximum 2 adults per canoe) for this experience.

The cost for this workshop is $70.00 (per canoe) plus HST for members of The Friends of Algonquin Park. Non-members pay $90.00 (per canoe) plus HST for the workshop and a one-year individual membership. The workshop includes a Park permit and expert instruction.
