Grub: Moon Cheese

Just for the fun of it, I purchased a new snack to take with me on my latest snowshoeing adventure. It was light as a feather, and came in a resealable bag.

Moon Cheese are crunchy little balls made from 100% cheese (I bought the Pepper Jack flavoured one for an extra little zing and it was well worth it) that don't require refrigeration! It was a great snack, and the fact that it didn't spoil means I'll be sure to bring some along on my camping adventures as well.

Moon Cheese comes in Cheddar, Gouda and Pepper Jack flavours and can be found at your local Safeway, Sobeys, Foodland or MEC locations. Six pieces have 5 grams of protein too and are a Gluten Free snack.
