Hilleberg Announces New Lightweight Tent And Trekking Poles
Hilleberg announced a 2-person tent and a brand new line of hiking poles that will be coming out Spring 2020. The 2-person Anaris is a very roomy, lightweight ridge tent that uses trekking poles as a pitch, or it can also be set up by suspending the ridge ends from trees. The Anaris falls under their Yellow Label tent classification (a snow-free/3-season model) and its excellent combination of light weight, simplicity and impressive comfort make it ideal for backpacking and similar warmer weather backcountry adventures.
The trekking poles (which will be compatible with their Anaris, Tarps, Mesh Tent 1, Mesh Boxes and Mesh Ridge) will weigh 240 g (8.5 oz) per pole and are made with DAC’s TH72M aluminum. They extend from 90 cm (35.5 in) to 145 cm (57 in) and are adjusted using the easy-to-use and very secure double-cam Lever Locks.
