Jasper Sets Record For Number Of Campsite Reservations
Jasper National Park announced today that they saw a record-breaking 11,431 campsite bookings which is an increase of 20% over last year’s record. Parks Canada recommends booking early as they saw nearly 6,000 reservations during the first hour of booking for the year.
Take note when reserving a campsite this Summer that Whistlers Campground is still closed for renovations. Try Wapiti, Wabasso or Pocahontas campgrounds instead. Backcountry reservations for Jasper open on January 22nd at 8 a.m.
