Ontario Parks Closes Backcountry As Of April 3rd, 2021

Ontario Parks has been following the provincial guidances for COVID-19 and once again closed campgrounds and the backcountry as of April 3rd, 2021.

As of April 3, campground and backcountry campsites and roofed accommodations (including cabins, yurts and cottages) at Ontario Parks will be closed during the current emergency brake shutdown in order to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Provincial parks and conservation reserves continue to be available for local and safe day use activities.
