A canoe trip into Temagami's Last unprotected Roadless forest, the Solace Wildlands. Temagami is home to the largest stands of Old Growth Red and White Pine in the entire world, yet less than 5% of it remains standing today. I join the Friends of Temagami on a canoe trip to see the progress of a new logging road being built that is set to cut through the heart of the Solace Wildlands.
